Job Opportunities

Building Maintenance Specialist

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: Perform maintenance tasks as required by work orders or assigned. To assist where needed with other projects, construction remodels and/or repairs.

Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date: immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Support the Mission and Vision of Fellowship and that of Buildings & Grounds team
  • Make sure that the campuses have the Fellowship “Look, Smell & Feel”
  • Maintain Campuses as work order(s) prescribe
  • Act as the point of contact for staff at all campuses for a multiplicity of tasks
  • Give attention to a wide range of Maintenance-oriented activities as described by; but not limited to B&G work order system

  • Ability to problem solve (can figure things out) and to learn new things
  • Possess an aptitude and understanding of technical matters and how things work

Rogers Kids Day Out Classroom Leader

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To lead and oversee children in a classroom setting. Infant thru Pre-K.

Hours: part-time, hourly

Weekly Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8:45-2:15

Start date: August 30, 2021

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ which is modeled for children.
  • Share the love, joy, and hope of Christ with children and parents and staff.
  • Support the core beliefs and leadership of Fellowship Bible Church.
  • Exemplify Godly character and embody Fellowships Mission, Vision, Statement of Faith and Leadership Covenant.
  • Demonstrate a passion for children and a desire for them to know about God.
  • Attend prayer time as scheduled per ministry day.
  • Take time to review class lesson during the week, incorporating God-given gifts into each lesson.
  • Care for the children the classroom through prayer and discipleship. Send “prayer/missed you” cards, etc. (provided).
  • Be faithful in attendance (Attendance agreement form).
  • Attend training sessions as provided monthly and yearly.
  • Communicate, engage and support co-leader/staff in ministry and classroom duties.
  • Participate and support the overall ministry in servant leadership as Jesus demonstrated.
  • Follow safety and classroom guidelines as stated in Leader handbook, STOP Manual, Security Manual, and staff trainings.

Grounds Maintenance Specialist

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: Responsible for planning, planting and care of all woody and herbaceous plants on all three Fellowship campuses.

Hours: Full time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date: immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Support the Mission and Vision of Fellowship and that of the Buildings & Grounds team
  • Ensure the campuses maintain the Fellowship “Look, Smell & Feel”
  • Preserve the beauty and safety of all three campuses
  • Manage all aspects of installation and maintenance for all woody and herbaceous plants.
  • Manage seasonal crew(s) for all plant care
  • Advise and assist ground team leads for plant maintenance and care at the Fayetteville and Bentonville campuses

Primary Strengths Required

  • Ability to work with and relate to others of varied backgrounds
  • Self-starter, responsive, flexible and manage time well
  • Ability to problem solve and to learn new things
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in plant maintenance or equivalent experience/training/education
  • A woody/herbaceous plant knowledge base which includes (but is not limited to) the following Fellowship plants:
    • Familiarity with 51 plant families
    • Comfortably identify 120 plant genera
    • Able to identify vast majority of the 250 plant species contained on the three campuses: including their maintenance needs and schedules.
  • Ability to operate, efficiently and safely a front-end loader, skid steer and mini excavator


Grounds Maintenance

Campus: Fayetteville

Purpose: Responsible for maintaining all plants, turf and irrigation on the Fayetteville campus.

Hours: Full time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date: immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Support the Mission and Vision of Fellowship and that of the Buildings & Grounds team
  • Ensure the campuses maintain the Fellowship “Look, Smell & Feel”
  • Preserve the beauty and safety of the Fayetteville campus
  • Perform or coordinate the maintenance of all plants, turf, and irrigation on the Fayetteville campus
  • Assist on the Rogers and Bentonville campus’ as needed

  • The ability to excel in extreme weather conditions and continuously perform hard labor.

Video Producer

Campus: Fayetteville

Purpose: To oversee strategies and implementation of video and livestream at Fellowship Fayetteville.

Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date: To be determined

Due date for application: Aug. 6, 2021

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Visually tell stories of what God is doing through the people and ministries of Fellowship Fayetteville through the use of video.
  • Create videos to meet the needs of all ministries at Fellowship Fayetteville to be used in service, social media, online, events, and other platforms.
  • Gather footage at Fellowship services, events, and as needed for use in video projects.
  • Conduct interviews to help people share their story on video.
  • Edit video footage into fully produced video content.
  • Manage projects and schedule of multiple projects. simultaneously.
  • Learn livestream workflow and oversee team of volunteers to execute weekly livestream services.
  • Collaborate as part of a creative team environment.

Night Custodian

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: to provide a clean, safe campus and a comfortable setting on the Fellowship campuses

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week: hours to be determined – would include nights and weekends
Start date - immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean campus
  • Provide setup and teardown for events
  • Maintain proper supply inventory levels
  • Perform minor building and equipment maintenance
